The William Penn Foundation has announced a pilot initiative designed for small community organizations led by people of color and focused on education in Philadelphia. The Racial Equity Grant Fund will award unrestricted operating grants up to $40,000 over two years to organizations that are at least two years old and have annual budgets under $400,000.
