Public Interest Law Center uses high-impact legal strategies to advance the civil, social, and economic rights of communities in the Philadelphia region facing discrimination, inequality, and poverty. In cooperation with its community partner Soil Generation, the organizations focus on community gardeners and urban farmers so they can secure long-term access to vacant land while supporting resident associations in their advocacy for improving land use in their communities.
