Maternal and Child Health Consortium’s mission is to empower families to build a healthier and brighter future for their children by overcoming the social and environmental barriers that lead to poor health conditions in communities. Through the Community Action Network, MCHC envisions women, children, and their families benefiting from culturally competent healthcare and health education services within their community, leading to improved health outcomes, enhanced well-being, reduced health disparities, and lower healthcare costs.
