ELF Nomination Form

Our 2025 ELF cohort nomination window has closed.

We are no longer accepting nominations for the 2025 cohort of ELFs. Any nominations submitted after September 16, 2024, will be considered for the 2026 cohort of ELFs. As you begin to think about future nominees, please review our funding criteria. Nominations can be submitted by completing the ELF Nomination Form below.

Thank you for submitting your nomination(s) 2026 cohort of ELFs. This form should only take a few minutes to complete. It’s okay if you don’t know your nominee’s email address or budget. If you have several nominees to recommend, please enter the information for your first nominee and press the "Add Another Nomination" button to proceed to your second nominee. Repeat this process until all of the information for your nominees has been entered and press the "Submit Form" button to complete the process.
