Food
Gather’s mission is to fulfill the needs of low-income individuals and families with food and education for healthy living. It seeks to end hunger in the rural region it serves through the development of innovative and sustainable programs. With this grant support, the organization is testing a new model to address childhood hunger and surplus food recovery in a rural, low-income and food insecure county in New Hampshire. Few models such models exist in rural areas.
