Historic Fair Hill honors its abolitionist roots by taking social justice action today. The organization offers collaborative programming in early literacy, community building, advocacy-based history, youth development, and urban greening in the Fairhill neighborhood of North Philadelphia. It re-opens school libraries, leads literacy efforts, harvests fresh produce, mentors youth interns, and provides a peaceful green space for the community.
