GreenWave trains and supports ocean farmers in the era of climate change. The organization works with coastal communities around the world to create a blue economy – built and led by farmers – that creates jobs, mitigates climate change and grows healthy food for local communities. A Partnership Fund grant will support the organization as it develops and implements a guiding framework to work with BIPOC communities and build BIPOC participation and leadership in the organization itself.
