College Together is forging a coalition to build a new category of college that will empower all Philadelphians to earn an accessible, relevant, and radically affordable post-secondary degree. With its “fusion college model,” CT aspires to be a top three college destination in Philadelphia, be uniquely effective at serving low-income and underserved populations, and prove that college can be innovative, efficient, and scalable again.
