Coaching4Change (C4C) empowers college students to ignite change for the next generation by placing college mentors in K-12 schools in underserved school districts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. C4C will use funding from the grant to create a workforce development training program to accompany its current offerings for C4C mentors interested in non-education careers.
